When will my order arrive?

UK delivery is estimated at 7–10 business days from placing your order, preparation included. Business days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. See our Shipping policy.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard UK delivery is free. Any other available delivery options and their cost are shown at checkout before you pay.

Can I track my order?

We email the tracking details once your order is dispatched. The first carrier scan may take time to appear.

Can I return an item?

Where do products ship from?

Our fulfilment partners may dispatch directly from outside the UK, including Asia. See our delivery information.
