These terms apply to purchases from nivarela.com for personal use. Please read them with our Shipping policy, Returns & refunds policy and Privacy policy.

Placing an order

Check the product, colour, size, quantity, address and total before paying. You must be legally able to enter into the purchase contract. Our order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. We accept your order when we send the dispatch confirmation, unless we have expressly confirmed acceptance earlier.

If an item is unavailable or we cannot accept an order, we will tell you and refund any payment taken for it. If we discover a material pricing error before accepting the order, we will contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel and refund it; we will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

Products and prices

The selected variant and the information on its product page describe what you are ordering. Screen settings may cause slight colour differences. Images do not override the stated dimensions, material or pack quantity, and we remain responsible for goods being as described.

UK prices are shown in pounds sterling. The checkout shows the final total, including any taxes we collect and delivery costs, before you pay. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Discounts apply only under the conditions shown with the offer.

Delivery

Our standard UK arrival estimate is 7–10 business days from the order date, preparation included. The Shipping policy explains destinations, tracking and dispatch origins. We remain responsible for goods until you or your nominated recipient takes physical possession, except where the law provides otherwise for a carrier you independently appoint.

If we do not deliver on time, your legal rights may include setting a further reasonable delivery period or cancelling and receiving a refund. Where an essential delivery deadline was agreed, you may be entitled to cancel without an additional period.

Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

Our Returns & refunds policy explains the 14-day statutory cancellation right, our additional 30-day return offer and remedies for faulty goods. Sale items have the same statutory rights as full-price items.

Using our website

Use the site lawfully. Do not misuse customer accounts, introduce malicious software or interfere with its operation. Our branding and original content are protected by intellectual property law; access to the site does not grant a right to commercially reproduce them.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms restricts your mandatory consumer rights.

Products are supplied for domestic and private use. We do not accept liability for business losses where you use them for a commercial purpose, subject to applicable law.

Privacy

We handle personal information as explained in our Privacy policy. Agreeing to purchase does not itself give consent to marketing or optional cookies.

Questions and complaints

Contact contact@nivarela.com, with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to reply within 72 hours, Monday to Friday, and will explain the next steps. You may also contact us in writing at our registered office.

Applicable law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland retain applicable mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in their local courts. Nothing prevents you from using any other court or protection available under mandatory law.

The terms in force when we accept your order apply to that order. Later changes are published here with an updated date.
